II. Hydrogen Production from Natural Gas
In eastern Guangdong, the natural gas transaction range was [4910-4910], with an average hydrogen cost of [2.32 yuan/m³].
In Guangxi, the natural gas transaction range was [4770-5010], with an average hydrogen cost of [2.29 yuan/m³].
In Shanxi, the natural gas transaction range was [4310-4480], with a decrease of 1.24%, and an average hydrogen cost of [2.10 yuan/m³].
In Hebei, the natural gas transaction range was [4310-4605], with a decrease of 2.57%, and an average hydrogen cost of [2.15 yuan/m³].
In Shandong, the natural gas transaction range was [4570-4700], with an increase of 0.11%, and an average hydrogen cost of [2.0 yuan/m³].

In east China, the propylene oxide transaction range was [7590-7650], with an increase of 1.26%, and an average hydrogen cost of [4.25 yuan/m³].
In Shandong, the propylene oxide transaction range was [7360-7390], with an average hydrogen cost of [4.15 yuan/m³].
In south China, the propylene oxide transaction range was [7880-7980], with an average hydrogen cost of [4.4 yuan/m³].

The transaction price range of methanol in north-east China was [2,420-2,440 yuan], with an average hydrogen cost of [2.21 yuan/m³]
The transaction price range of methanol in east China was [2,340-2,470 yuan], a decrease of 1.43%, with an average hydrogen cost of [2.2 yuan/m³]
The transaction price range of methanol in central China was [2,255-2,530 yuan], a decrease of 0.31%, with an average hydrogen cost of [2.23 yuan/m³]
The transaction price range of methanol in north China was [2,200-2,310 yuan], a decrease of 0.45%, with an average hydrogen cost of [2.07 yuan/m³]
The transaction price range of methanol in south China was [2,430-2,490 yuan], a decrease of 0.81%, with an average hydrogen cost of [1.8 yuan/m³]
